please need a way to change the menu to add a quest log menu in the game for rpg maker 2003 ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? :-[

Quest Logs are not a built in feature of RM2k3. It can't be done with the default menu system.

well i meant anyway do make a quest log exept the one posted in the tutorials if there is any other way? :'(

I wrote a tutorial for this which some found useful but first you will need a custom menu system and not the default.

what do u refer to "create a new page" is it a new map for the quest log?

Yes. Where i say create a new page it means create a new map. As this was my first tutorial it isn't the best but if you need any help just PM me.

If your dead set on using the default menu system in 2k3 then you can always make a 'quest log' item that players get that calls a common event.
