Bunneary makes a chilling giggle as she looks over all the students growing tense and darting eyes at one another. "All the rules will be given to you on your E-Handbook. All the boys have a toolkit in their room, all the girls have a sewing kit in their room. And both have a full diagram of the human anatomy and where to hit for a swift killing strike."

"Oh but please try to be more creative than just whacking someone over the head over the hammer or choking somebody to death. Put some pizzazz in it! Give the scene its own flavor!" She makes another giggle covering her mouth with her hand to hide her complete fascination with the students in despair. "I wish you all good luck."

Upon looking at the E-Handbook a list of school rules is listed as well as the rooms open to them with free access.

Rule #1: Students may reside only within the school. Leaving campus is an unacceptable use of time.
Rule #2: "Nighttime" is from 10 pm to 7 am. Some areas are off-limits at night, so please exercise caution.
Rule #3: Sleeping anywhere other than the dormitory will be seen as sleeping in class and punished accordingly.
Rule #4: With minimal restrictions, you are free to explore Hope's Peak Academy at your discretion.
Rule #5: Violence against headmaster Monokuma is strictly prohibited, as is the destruction of surveillance cameras.
Rule #6: Anyone who kills a fellow student and becomes "blackened" will graduate, unless they are discovered.
Rule #7: Additional school regulations may be added if necessary.
Rule #8: Once a murder takes place, a class trial will begin shortly thereafter. Participation is mandatory for all surviving students.
Rule #9: If the guilty party is exposed during the class trial, they alone will be executed.
Rule #10: If the guilty party is not exposed, they alone will graduate, and all remaining students will be executed.
Rule #11: Lending your e-Handbook to another student is strictly prohibited.
Rule #12: The guilty party may only kill a maximum of two people during any single "Killing Game."
Rule #13: Attempting to break into locked rooms is strictly prohibited.

remember: if you want to kill someone PM me and I'll roll. If an attempted murder is PMed to me before 24 hours then after 24 hours the investigation phase will start. Otherwise, it'll be up to 72 hours.

(Sorry I should have made that clear >< You're in the gymnasium, let's just assume you all know each others name and the situation you're in. You all woke up in some sort of room with windows blocked and a bunch of surveillance cameras, shut in. You don't know each other ultimate or each other personally, unless a couple of you agreed to have known each other in the past.)

(If that's how you want to do it instead, go ahead! Introduce yourself, the reason I said you knew each other's names is because I figured it could be likely you said them before Bunneary popped up. However, if it helps you get started, I fully recommend it!)
