CloseHi, I've just downloaded RPG Maker XP recently and started making my own game but when I tried to put some script into an event they say they have an error when running the script!! what should i do??? :-[
Oh boy.
First, have you put the script into the script database? If not, copy the script and then click the pencil-and-paper button in RMXP. Scroll down the big list to where you see MAIN, then paste the script into an empty slot above it. If there are no empty spots, click MAIN and then press the INS key (next to DELete). This will create an empty slot.
Then the command line you use in a Call Script box within an event should work.
If this doesn't help, please inform us of the script you're trying to use, a link to said script, and tell us what EXACTLY you are putting into the Call Script box.
