I searched for all site but could not find... Is there a link for review guidelines or at least a model or a template I should be using?
This article is a pretty good guideline to follow.
Basically 300 words, well written with very few spelling/grammatical issues. Be fair in your content and justify the score you give (for example, if you give a 5 or .5 star review, back up why you scored it so high/low with examples of what were good/bad and what you liked/didn't like and why.)
Also, don't just throw hate at the dev or game. Try to explain your reasoning for your comments. I personally recommend a stick and honey approach. That is, give examples of what you didn't like but also point out what you did like and why.
"I thought the battle system was rather boring and too hard because you only got one skill in the whole game and it didn't really help with dealing damage to the enemy, so there wasn't really a good chance to strategise in the battles. That said, I really liked the battle animations and the enemies themselves were really cool and balanced well." - An example.
