BATTLE EVENT ISN'T WORKING [RM2K3]

I don't know why this event isn't activating in the battle. It's the fourth one. I've got other events which are pretty much identical to it. I've included them all here so you can get a better idea.

In the battle, the boss summons four creatures before you fight him for real.

Are there cam something or just nothing?
Are it put error?

After Shadow Sniper has been defeated, he won't proceed on to the next part. (summoning necromancer)

It appears to be solved. I threw in another condition to the event so it has a variable which is activated as well. Anyway, it seems to be working.
