A PROBLEM WITH SKILLS IN RPG MAKER 2003

I don't know really why but....One of my characters can't use a skill if it has a element. So if i'm trying to make a ice attack it won't let me.
Can someone help me out in this.

You might want to check to make sure no other atruibutes are on it. And if any others are, make sure there magic.

In attributes,check if it's a weapon attribute or magic,that
happened to me ::)
