[RMMV] UNABLE TO UPLOAD GAME FILES TO RPGMAKER.NET

Hello everybody, please excuse me if this is a somewhat odd question to be posting here about. However, my game has just gotten Approved to be shown publicly and have downloads uploaded here on RMN.
For some reason though, I'm not able to actually upload either the Windows or MacOS builds of my game's demo (in ZIP folders and just as executable files)... I'll get a little gray bar popping up on the bottom left-hand side of my screen that says something like "Uploading... 2%," but then it'll disappear and I'll just be redirected to a page that looks like the one that I've attached below.
Can somebody please tell me if there's a waiting period even after my game's approved that I have to hold off on uploading a build, or if there's anything else that I could be doing wrong here?

Check your zip is < 450MB, as that's the maximum.
If it's bigger than that, first check you haven't made a mistake like including extra copies of files inside one of the game folders.
If the game is just that big, you can upload it somewhere else and put the off site URL in the download page instead.

As coelocanth said, if the file is over 450MB, it won't work. We offer free hosting for up to 450 but not over. However! If you have a dropbox, you can throw the download there and then link it to that. Also, if you happen to have over 450MB of locker space (not likely if you're very new to the site, since it takes makerscore or a donation to enlarge the size of your locker) then you can host it there instead and link back to it.
I recommend removing any files that aren't necessary for the game to run (for example, if you included the full RTP and your game has a specially made OST for it, you could remove all the RTP music files, or if you used fully custom art except for battle animations you could get rid of a lot of the stuff you didn't use and it should run okay).
Another recommendation is, if you have a very large music folder for your game, splitting that off separately and uploading it as a separate download (just remember to tell people they need to download that file too and where to put it!)
