WHERE CAN I GET JAPANESE VERSION OF RPG MAKER 2003?

There's a four-year-old thread on the official English forums that mentions that shipping would only be possible to addresses in Japan, and there was a mention of the Enterbrain site in regards to obtaining the original Japanese 2K.
There is a Steam community discussion concerning this as well, which is a year older. There's a post that says it might be possible through Kadokawa's website, but does not specify that it can only be shipped to Japanese addresses.
Saying that, I can't recall when the official translations of 2K and 2K3 surfaced. However, since their surfacing, I feel it's become less and less important to own those original disks, as one can now own legal copies through Steam, or what-have-you.
