CAN YOU HELP ME TRACE THE ORIGIN OF THESE REFMAP/FSM-STYLE CHIPSETS INCLUDED IN THE EXPANDED-RTP?

I'm trying to trace the origin of these chipsets. They look like they're in the style of FSM/REFMAP. I want to verify that there's nothing in these chipsets that are ripped, unlike most of the other chipsets in the 2k(3) expanded RTP. Any help would be appreciated.
