[RM2K3] "MISS" MESSAGE MISSING FROM ADVOCATE RPGMAKER2003 ?

Just relaying this issue from brizzy000420 on the discord RMN channel:
"Miss" Message seems to be missing from Database>String>Page1 in Advocate Rpgmaker2003

Has anyone run into this issue before?(I think I have years ago but can't remember how I fixed it.) Here is what it should look like:

The miss message is missing and appears as a blackbar in the strings/glossary database. So "Miss" no longer shows up in rpgmaker2003's DBS. I've run into this issue before, but it'd be cool to figure out how we solved it.

Any help here is appreciated.

Update: Updating to Rpgmaker2003 1.08 fixed this issue.
This is why I couldn't remember how to fix this - I first saw this issue back in 2007.
