[RMVX ACE] A GAME THAT I DOWNLOADED WON'T START, PLEASE HELP

So I downloaded this game called "Midnight Train" and I think I did the "normal RPG Maker Games routine" (download, extract, start), the game's window opens but it's black and another window pops up and says "RPGVXAce RTP is required to run this game." I'm still fairly new to this so I don't really know what to do, please reply to this if you have even the slightest idea of what to do. Thank you in advance!!!

Better read readme/check page where t was downloaded...
