Now, if you were looking for tiles in 2k or 2k3, I would have plenty I could lead you to, but you want VX Ace. You might try Granny Lists; you can find a little of everything there, but it isn't really organized, like, at all. It's all in blog format.

For meat hanging from hooks, I'm fairly sure you'll have to make that yourself. The easy, and probably best way to do it, is to find pictures of actual meat on hooks, and shrink it down to tile size. Cleanup, such as outlines and making the texture of the meat apparent isn't super hard. Otherwise, you might try finding some ripped graphics from something like Splatterhouse or Resident Evil, both of which, I'm fairly certain have examples of hanging meat.
