[RM2K] VIDEO OPTIONS FOR RPG MAKER 2000?

Is it possible to develop a patch for RPG Maker 2000 that is similar to the video options from RPG Maker 2003 (Steam version - button F5)?
I understand that I'm asking quite unrealistic, especially since support for the engine has long been discontinued, but in general I'm wondering if this is possible.

Yeah, I'm not happy with the current progress of the Easy RPG emulator yet.
