While I'm not an artist by any means, it would be helpful to post samples of what graphics you do have, and set expectations for the project. Also, some people might not be comfortable working with someone without more details, such as setting, theme, and genre. Since you mention that this is a commercial venture, and you don't mind paying a fee, how much you are willing to pay would be relevant info as well.
