I will pay someone 100$ for this system to be replicated in rpg maker 2003. It doesn't have to be fully replicated but I want something like this done for me

Should probably be specific of what it is and which essential parts you need before you pay only like a days worth of min wage. Wiki says that it's a card game so that at least requires a template of existing cards and preset animations to go with them. Which seems like a bit of work to make it modular (easy to add stuff of your own).
