DO I NEED TO KEEP THE MP3 FILES IN MY SE AND OTHER AUDIO FOLDERS? RPG MAKER MV.

I read that in RPG Maker MV MP3 files are not supported. Currently I have an OGG and an MP3 version of every audio file. That includes BGM, SE, ME & BGS. Can I safely delete all the MP3 files and everything will still run fine.

If both MP3 and OGG are in the audio directory, my sub-thought is to move the MP3s, and do a test-play. If the files simply exist on your computer somewhere, then, just move over the OGGs that you are going to use?
