I'd just back up your projects, uninstall RM2k3 and then reinstall it if I were you. I don't know of a better solution than that. I'd probably wait for a little bit for someone more knowledgeable than me to come along and help, but if they don't have anything better to add then go for it.

Looks like some files might have gone missing from the program. All i can say is try reinstalling the program again and see if that helps.
