CloseOh shit that game is out? Man I really don't want to buy another game right now but... that seems like it will satisfy my steam punk needs.
As for the vidya I'm playing right now, I'm pretty much playing a lot of RM games hoping to get a couple reviews out of them. I'm really too busy to play "real" games right now.

Replaying Hotel Dusk. Definitely one of my favourite games on the DS, can't believe how amazing the localisation is.
I'm playing FF12. I didn't think I'd actually get this far but now I actually feel like finishing it. I'm 20 something hours in, in these jungles.

Lunar PSP demo came out yesterday.
It's great so far. I think the anime parts are the exact same as they PSX version, or was this an already known fact.
Already downloaded FFVIII, Jet Moto, and some creepy sexy anime mystery game. They're all as good as suspected.

My broheim bought a PS3 and LittleBigPlanet. Also, I bought a used copy of MGS4 for $20 which I've yet to play.

I'm playing Tales of the Abyss at the request of a friend.
1/5 of the game is terrible back-tracking and stupid "X IS A Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DID WE NOT NOTICE UNTIL THE DESIGNERS THOUGHT SHE SUDDENLY WOULD BE!?!?!?!?!?!?!" part. The rest is pretty good.

That said, some part of me always thought it was kind of a nice change for once, seeing a character actually die when they get killed.

Yeah, instead of coming back to life. At least with FE you had to take care of your 'troops', though my cousin has a healing item phobia where he doesn't bother healing anyone in any game, ever (with items, anyway). Just relies on spells and inns. >.<

Speaking of Final Fantasy titles, am I the only one who loves Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2's (terrible title, seeing as it's not on GBA... :/) world map treatment? I just always enjoy traveling around it.
Never played the advance game, but I did enjoy the DS one (and the PSX one too). The world map was pretty good, yeah.

Chrono Trigger did this pretty well, I think. Crono is DEAD for all intents and purposes, but if you want you can bring him back - although it's totally optional.
