DRAWITEM PROBLEM

I'm not sure if this is for MV or MZ, but, a Control+F of their respective JS files for the built-in window classes reveal no `refresh` method. They use an `update` method, which could mean the fix might be as simple as renaming the function to `update`, but if not... well, one thing at a time.
