[RMMV] NEED A PLUGIN THAT LETS SKILL ANIMATIONS PLAY OVER PICTURES IN BATTLE

Im trying to make battles where instead of just having a bunch of enemies on the screen at once, im making the battle screen
have Icons on top of the screen that show how many enemies there are and having those icons be the sprite of the actual enemy while i show a picture on the bottom part of the screen thats supposed to represet what enemy you are fighting
sorta like the old Megami tensei games. Unfortunately, animatons for skills play under pictures in battle and i need a plugin that makes them play above pictures.
Is there one i can use?

I'm gonna go ahead and guess you display the image as part of the troop's event processing (with a dummy condition like Actor HP 100% or below). Or something similar at least.
The tree of displayed sprites during a battle looks a bit like this:
Where Group A has the battlebacks, the enemies, the party members and at the bottom (most foreground), battle animations. And Group B are the pictures you display using the troop event processing (Show Picture).
Since Group B is below Group A, there's no way to make an element of Group A show above an element of Group B.
It seems to me however that what you want would be to display only a single enemy picture + a certain number of sprites on top of the screen (I've just watched a gameplay video of Kyuuyaku Megami Tensei on the SNES to figure out what you were talking about). I think a plugin that makes that the way enemies show would be more suitable. I could make something like that in a few days.
Is this still something you need?
