TORQUE GAME BUILDER (MAC)

Well I made the switch to Mac OSX 10.5.6 Leopard today, actually it's installing on my laptop atm.

I was just wondering if Torque Game Builder(2d) was a good option if not, is there better 2D options for Mac?

Is/will ika be able to run on Mac?

Thanks.

No, no, and no. You are welcome.
I'll have to agree with WIP, based on my experience with the Torque Game Engine. If the Torque Game Builder is similar to how its 3D counterpart is designed, then you'll only end up with more trouble than you could handle. TorqueScript is a mess to code with, and you'd probably be better off with another solution (if available).
If you get VMWare (or another emulator), and install Windows on your machine you will be able to run the RPG Makers.

Gamemaker can also run, but I am not sure about Sphere and ika.

Either way, Torque is awful. Don't bother.
I had a Mac at one point and dabbled with using Torque, but it was terrible. I couldn't make head or tail of it and what I could understand was tedious, and badly thought out. There are other systems you can get for Mac, or you can even emulate Windows and use a Windows program, so there's no reason to mess with Torque.
I got the trial... it's god awful!

Also I haven't purchased any upgrades for the mac as it's the mini so uh installing another OS is outa the question atm...

What's available for mac(without bootcamp) Preferably 2D
