Alternatively, if you can't find this program, you could use Photoshop/GIMP/etc. to emulate the font. All you would need is a combination of Gradient Overlay (if you have gradiented text) and Drop Shadow using the appropriate RPG Maker font. Once you're done setting it up, you could just save a template and use it for the future.
