Ok, does anyone else who uses VX have a problem listening to import midi's? I just now notice(how foolish of me) that some of the midi's won't either play or sound WAAAY out of tune. MP3's and .ogg's work perfectly however.

As much as I love MP3's, I would hate to drastically increase the game size. <_<;;
I know you may have already thought of this but with the out of tune Midi's Check the Pitch you have them set at.
As for them not playing at all, I have had this problem on a select few on my midi's.
I just trashed them or coverted them to Wav.

Hope this helps.
Can you upload one? I'd like to give it a spin and see what happens.

@Regal: Yeah, the pitch is normal, I don't really mess with the pitch often. Um, the midi sounds "spaced out" if that makes any f-ing sense. >_<;;

@Red: You mean the midi, correct? I'll go with the midi idea. Um, I'll try to upload it, not sure how that will work out with this new shitty internet. Though, it's only a midi from VGmusic.com. The Front Mission 2 - Bar.

Here ya go. Sorry, but it's on Mediafire.

Oh yeah, I ment that the midi's won't play or sound spaced out when listening to them in VX. In anything other, they sound fine... Well, as fine as midi's can sound.
That's pretty weird, the problem is in both VX and XP but not in 2k3. If you can't find an alternative/fix, wait until I get a Winamp script for VX finished. It'll playback music using Winamp's audio engine instead of VX's and it sounds right via the script, although I probably won't release it for a week or so until I can fix up some big problems with it (like crashing on F12 or supporting fade out)
