You use the RMN magic and upload to this site. The catch is, you have to wait until someone of authority approves the game. Or you could become the villain and use free upload sites like Mediafire(Best place IMO) or rapidshare.

It's probably better to upload to RMN over the alternatives such as MegaUpload. Although you don't have to wait for validation on those sites, they delete your downloads after 90 days if they don't get download. Waiting for a download to be added to RMN is worth it, since RMN will never delete your game.
