Hay can someone help me.

I was wondering if anyone could make a title screen for me.

I have had trouble with my idea I can't seem to do it.

He is the description of my title screen.

I want a Portal in the middle with a blue faded out dragon reaching out of it and across the bottom of the portal it says "Centra: Rise of Tiamut"

If anyone can help me I would be most thankful and would would most defiantly be credited for it.

Um, any more detail than just that? And what sort of style do you want it?

um ok the style i want is a heaven/hell type as my game is about an good good and an evil god(Both dragon gods)

It would probably help if you stated the maker as well, since 2k(3), XP and VX all have different dimensions.

Well, do you want it to be colourful and cartoonish, dark & moody, would you like it to look very 3d-like or should it look like some wall-painting? There are tons of different aspects that could help define what you're looking for.
