Did it meet all of the requirements? I vaguely recall there only being the title screen for a screen shot. You need 3 screenshots or 2 screenshots with a demo/game.
I don't know why it was deleted. Your screens looked permissible but the story/description was so awful that it probably caused your game to be purged.
