This is me, being blocked by a chair, in the darkness of afternoon rain, behind my dad and his computer...sorry for the bad quality, dark+bad quality computer(at least for most pictures)+needing editing(not major like with photoshop or paint, but minor that just fixes minor problems like how dark it was outside, I lightened it up so you could see me)=bad quality picture.
That picture is indecipherable. Even the most basic cell phone has a better camera than whatever you used.
