I'm trying to use this alien program for one thing, modifying character size and position on a charset so that it fits my works.
That being said, I'm not able to just select a part of the png, copy+paste to another part of the png. It just open a new ''project'' with the new image being only what I tried to paste.
What's wrong? Can't we just copy+paste?

If you want to paste anything what you've selected, you need to press CTRL + E (will be pasted in the same layer, unlike pressing CTRL + L -> the program takes a new layer). If you press CTRL + V it pasts your selection in a new image. ^_^
