Well, I get the impression that Charas-project, RMVX and Phanxgames (although I would stay away from the latter). Gamingw is far from dead but there's less happening in their gamedev forums.

The main reason we are still alive is because we are not a damn forum. That's right people, if you think the forum here is essentially RMN, you are trying to kill RMN (which is very hard to do).
