HELP WITH RM2K3 TIMETRAVEL EVENT

Hello, I've been working with this game idea of having three points in the game where the Hero is traveling through time, and I'm needing help with two things. One, I am wondering if with Rm2k3 if it's possible to have like a spiraling effect on the screen in the character in the middle of it for the time traveling scene, if not I'm wondering how I should make the transition between times. Then second: I need help with acquiring Modern and Future charsets, enemies, and char battle sets for main characters.
