PROBLEM WITH GAME DOWNLOADS.

CloseI've been trying to fix the broken download link for the working version Iron Gaia: Virus. (Ironically, the link to the BROKEN version of the game is working just fine.)
At first I thought the problem was that it was an external link, which RMN3 doesn't seem to like. So I downloaded the working file from the external link and then attempted to edit the download by uploading the working file to RMN for a direct download.
This has...spectacularly failed. I've tried a few things now, and the truth is...I have no idea what's wrong and I'm growing increasingly frustrated. I really hope somebody can take a look at it and try to figure out what's going on.
Please help.

Hey, what error message pops up when you try and upload your game? Because I can't upload my demo either, and it's getting really, really annoying.
You do not know what is going on and didn't give me any information. I also do not know what is going on.
I just told you everything I know...I thought you could, I don't know, go into the site and look at it.
Look, here is the one piece of information I have, step by step.
A:
1) I find Iron Gaia: Virus in the games browser.
2) I click on the downloads tab.
3) I click on the download that is called "IGV Working Version.rar".
4) I receive an error message that says:
404 Not Found
The requested URL /rmn/IG-_Virus.rar does not exist.
This is the link to it:

B:
1) I click on account and go to manage games.
2) I click on Iron Gaia: Virus.
3) I click on the download tab.
4) I click on the "Edit" button for that download.
5) In the name field, I put "Working Version".
6) In the description field, I put "Download this one."
7) I do not check "for testers only".
8) I click browse and select the .rar archive called "IGV Working Version" from my desktop. Note that I have tried many different names, descriptions, and file names and the same thing always happens.
9) I click submit.
10) I wait. A really, really long time.
11) A message tells me that the download was updated successfully. It says: "IGV WORKING VERSION.rar successfully submitted."
C) (Same as A)

It has now been one week. I have given the site staff all the information I have about the problem, in exhaustive detail, and waited patiently for 1-3 days between posts to at least hear that someone was working on this or looking into it. But nope, nothing.
I'm not saying I'm entitled to customer service or anything but could someone please help me with this? I would really appreciate it. Sorry for the triple post.
