Is there a way to make a movie or an animation to go off before it goes to the title screen when you start the game? I saw it once, but I don't have a clue how to! Could someone provide me with an answer please? I'd really appreciate it!

Apparently there's a patch that allows you to do this - made by Cherry. That's about as much as I know, though. Maybe give it a google and see if you can't find any threads about it?

RPG Maker 2003 Power Mode is what I use. It allows you to skip the default title screen and make your own. Google it.
