I've been looking all over for some Gabeboy graphics and such...but I can't really find much. I found some Tilesets from Final Fantasy Legends 2/3, but that's about it. Does anyone out there know of a site where I can aquire more? Or do they have more themselves? It'd be great if you could post something.

Well, there's been a few games here that had that style, but you probably could just make them yourself...? That'd be pretty cool.

Well thanks for puttin' them here, Jaymonius, but those were the ones I'd already found (not that I saved them yet or anything, though :P) over at Charas. I like 'em, but now I've got to go and try some character sets and such. I think they SHOULD be easy to find, though I'm not having much luck. =\

Get FF 1/2/3/4/5/MQ resources and recolor them to match Gameboy palette. Quick and easy, and those games have such limited amount of colors that there should be no quality loss (FF5 tilesets may be a different story).

I've also made some resources in 4 colors, it's not Gameboy palette but it should be easy to recolor.

Yes! Those were the ones, Jaymonius! (Can't say J-Man. Too odd. Don't know why!) I found 'em over at Characs some time last year, but when I went to go look for them the other day...they were gone. =\
That or I just didn't look hard enough. =|

This site has a ton of Sprites, Tilesets, etc. across multiple platfroms: http://www.spriters-resource.com/ There is usually an update every day.

Bu yu hu hu! Excellent. my plan has finally begun to take root. >:D

So I've got a majority of it already put together, but now I need to get my hands on most possibly the hardest resource for me to find out there...gameboy sound effects! I was wondering if there was any way to take/rip them from a rom or something. Any mystical program out there that could make doing that simpler?

get foobar here: http://www.foobar2000.org/
get foobar_gep: http://kode54.foobar2000.org/ (put it in the components folder of foobar)
right click on the track to convert to whatever you want

Some GBS files have sound effects, some don't. (they're usually at the very bottom of the soundtrack).

The RM game Ghosts of Aliens has some cool GB-like sound effects, although I'm not sure if they were not made by the author (Swordofkings128), so you'd best ask him for permission.

Thanks for the stuff Darken, but I can't find much SFX's anywhere in there! Gah. And RTP ones don't really suit a GB-styled game.

Also DE, the link for that game doesn't seem to work. The one your provided is fine, but the link to the game its self is broke. =\

I guess we'll just wait around (I'll look too of course, but I doubt I'll find much!) and see if we strike lucky with someone posting some Sound Effects.

I wonder if FFIV/V SFX would work with it. I think they should! I must go and look for those now!
