3D GAMEMAKING INTEREST, KNOW OF ANY RESOURCES?

My opinion had originally been that creating a 2D RPGMaker project was a task monumental enough for one person, and that I shouldn't even think of touching a 3D system on my own. But this - http://sandboxgamemaker.com/ - makes it look surprisingly do-able.
If anyone here has experience with the Cube 2 engine, are there collections of resources and models online that you're aware of? The system comes with a bunch of defaults, but I already have a project in mind and I'd rather not use an ogre as my main character.

I'm pretty sure GameMaker can make 3D stuff. I'm currently learning how to use it and it's extremely awesome. I would check it out. Also, you could look into Lite C. If you decide to do this, hook up with Eddie and I'm sure he'd be happy to help you with anything you need.
Go steal some models from from various Quake mods. There's a lot out there that are free for any use as long as you give credit (or in some cases as long as you don't claim them as your own).
That program looks sweet, thanks man.
I'll also be on lookout for Quake models.
Relty, do you know if Lite C models work in Cube 2? I'm so out of my element here.

For modelling, I'd recommend Silo 2, there's a 30 day free trial, but after that you hafta pay.
