Sorry, Moam, but you will need to submit a game project to RMN to advertise a game on the site. You don't need to add a download right away, but the requirements are pretty low: three gameplay screenshots and some other basic information.
Once your game has been accepted, you will have your own Game Page with which you can add movie links, more images, downloads, or anything else you want. All discussion about your game will be focused there. Updates and discussion will also keep your game at the top of the main Games listing on the site, too, so it's more easily accessible to people who don't come to read the forums.
