.... docter... is there any way to save my game
s'basicly theres no way to save my game :'(
When you say blank, are they completely black or what?

Did you tamper with the rpg_rt, harmony or anything (using reshack or a similar program? Is it possible that you've updated the program but not the rpg_rt file?
You should check your folder and look for Map.lmu files. At the very least you may be able to recover some data by transferring them into a new project, though as for the database stuff I have no idea where that is stored in rm2k3.

can't make a bad game if you don't finish any games

The .ldb file holds database data.

I think it's RT_RPG.ldb

EDIT: Looks like i've been beaten to it.
Next question in the round of sudden death RPGMaker trivia: Which RPGMaker has been downloaded illegally more times than any of the others?
I think VX could be a possibility. There's a buttload of hacks for it.
There are two kinds of database errors in RM2k/3. The first is the "Map Tree Error". With some effort, this is correctable. Depending on which version of RM2k/3 you have, the error message may say something different. This is when the tree that assigns maps (.lmu files) becomed corrupted. This is reparable, and you can look at some of the tutorials on how to fix it.
Then, there is a genuine database error. When this happens, all your maps and database events will go black, because all information that was in you database file has been corrupted. There is no repair for this, unless you can find a copy of the file in your computer's temp folders or you have backed up your entire game folder. If this is your case, sorry. :s It happened to me once when I was making a whaling simulation and I have since not had the heart to resume the project. *tear*
