Well what I am trying to do is make a title screen without the ugly zoomed in text box. Making the system1 picture one transparent color doesn't work and I'm wondering if there is a different way. I'm using rm2k3.

You could always try having the bottom half of the title black, then make the default system baclk with black edges, and have it change upon starting the game.

Yeah, I've done what Lennon just said many times.

Or, you can try using power mode for title screens.

I've thought of that already though power mode might be useful. Thanks for the tip.
