ONLY ABLE TO WRITE 3 LINES IN RM2K3

For some reason I can't comprehend, RM2k3 is only allowing me to write 3 lines of text as opposed to 4. I had this problem once before, but the solution for this escapes me. I think it has something to do with a system font or... something. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Scroll down in the message box to the fourth line and make sure the fourth line isn't just a carriage return?

No, there is difference in some Rm2k3 versions with this. I have had the problem too, but it should be solved by changing your Rm2k3 version, or - I don't remember for sure, but it could be the RPG_RT file in project folder, too.
The problem is the standard font size, which Windows uses. Go and change that in your system settings to a smaller one. Means you gotta set the dpi value to normal.

There doesnt seem to be much I can do in the control panel. Am I missing something here?
This is depending on your OS. If it is XP: click on your desktop -> then properties -> then settings -> then enhanced -> then general. There must be the setting you're searching for. I dunno whether all these menu points are included in an English OS by this words, but they must be similar to them somehow. If you are using Vista, I cannot help you. Maybe someone else can help out.
This is really annoying. I remember there being some really simple solution for this; but I just cant remember. Aten was the one who told me, and I can't look up his reply on the Gamingw forums because of that moronic purge they performed.

Cilence, nothing in that tab is going to fix what's happening here, just FYI.
Why not PM Aten then? Maybe he has the fix still.

Because he smells.

Actually, I don't think he's around anymore.

I've reinstalled the goliathe patch and replaced my RPG_RT to no avail, incidentally.
I managed to fix this. I found the post in which I was helped a long time ago. Turns out I just had to manually reinstall the RPG maker fonts from the control panel.
He posted in his Goliath thread 13 days ago, so it's pretty recent. Worth a shot...

I've read that the marked case is the solution. A guy in another forum told it, and it has fixed the problem there, so I thought the same thing would work here.

Yeah, that OS is German, and I cannot show another picture. But the language has nothing to do with your problem, think so. One fact I didn't mentioned as yet is that the user who had the same problem before must set his screen resolution to 1024*768 px and the dpi value to 96 (normal value).

I do not think that the resolution has anything to do with fixing, my opinion.

I wasnt interested in crappy work arounds that would (negatively) affect the rest of my computer. Also :

Please lock this.
Boy, it was an explanation. Nothing to be angry of, and maybe someone else searches for the same problem and your solution doesn't work. What's then (applied to the Google rule thread)? By the way, be sure I've read your post above... Explaining of things seems to be not welcome here. Plus, your sentence suggests me you didn't understand what I wrote. Have a nice day.

Edit: No one demands that you use a made offer. And yes, it is beyond my comprehension why you must get everything wrong. You are a fool if you have thought I did not notice or understand your insults like fuck you idiot, to be honest, exactly this is why I've posted again.

I guess it's beyond your comprehension that I didn't want my entire computer's DPI altered / messed up in order to fix a problem with one program.
I get agitated over that too. I shouldn't have to readjust my finely tuned computer because one misbehaving application demands it to. Depending on your monitor, if your DPI isn't set correctly the text will be so tiny and hard to read.
