Often when reading in a thread I find myself at the top of a page, see what's there and determine I need to go forward or back a page or two. It'd be nice to have the page-turn navigation from the bottom replicated at the top.

I tend to highlight and un-highlight text with my mouse over and over again.

sometimes if you can get the pg up and pg down to align a certain way and do it over and over again that's cool too.

This actually isn't a large issue. I've already done it on the development site. The problem: it looks ugly and I have to redo the CSS for both the top and bottom. Yes, that is the only reason it isn't live.
