Please forgive me if i ask lots of question.
I am using rmxp,
I have a trouble when importing a char. when it is used, the background of it is not transparent.(there is some kind of white square around the char)
is this because of the picture?
When i tried to export an original char from rmxp and import it again, it has the same problem.
How can i fix this?

If your character is not a transparent PNG (i.e. an image with a transparent background) then your best bet is to import using RMXP's resource editor.
Select your character image then this shall appear:
Left click on the transparent colour that you want on the sprite sheet, in this case turquoise. Then you click okay and all should be okay.
Your sprite's transparent colour must be consistent i.e. if you're importing a jpeg and it is a lossy image then the chances are that the bg in not consistent and it may look bad in game so make sure you get good quality resources.

I wasn't being a dick, maybe it is in the helpfile and they haven't noticed it there.

I intended to read the help file, but it's all japanese and i don't understand japanese at all. So, i decided to ask the community here^_^
oh one more question please... If i import a picture which has the black background... It still not transparent... Do i have to choose another transparent color?

Can't you edit the image's background to be an appropriate non-black colour that's not used by the sprites then choose that as the transparent colour?
