CANT SEE TEXT IN RPG MAKER 2K GAMES

Hi I'm new to the forums and I just downloaded desert nightmare. I installed the rpg2k rtp file and when I go to play the game I see no text at all in the options or any of the dialogue. If any one can shed some light towards my delima it would be much appreciated. Im running windows 7 just incase that has anything to do with it.

You might need to install the fonts. Did the RTP download come with fonts?

Go to the master help thread, and grab the 2K font fix. It should/might fix it for you.

I had the same problem. Nothing really helped untill I re-installed both, Rpg Maker 2000, and Rpg Maker 2003.

That should fix the problem if nothing else, at least in the case you had some data of the programs existing on your pc already.
