NEED TO LEARN WERE I CAN CUSTOMIZE & CREATE SPRITES/TILESETS/GRAPHICS

I was just wondering if anyone knew a program or something like that, that would enable me to alter tilesets and characters, ETC. if anyone has any information i would greatly appreciate it=)

Well, even MS Paint can be used for creating your own background graphics. I personally use Character Maker 1999, but Graphics Gale is a nice one.

Look up CharasMaker as well. It's resources are limited, but I believe with a little effort you can create your own resources.
