SOUND EFFECTS

Does anybody know where I could find some Final Fantasy(I-III, NES) sound effects? I've been looking everywhere for some, but to no avail. If they just cannot be found, could somebody tell me how to rip them myself and what programs to use?

Thanks, but I was looking for the actual sound effects, not the music. Preferably in .wav format.
