I just started playing this game again and got stuck and need to know where to find the 4th Nexus key fragment. I got one from Shinryuu, one from Shrine of Humility and one from the Bismark Rift and can't find the 4th.

It's in the Tower of Altheria, on the eastern side of the world map, just look for a huge tower.
