I'm not sure if you are going for realistic proportions on the last girl, but her head is too big. Either that or her eyes are so enormous that they are giving her the illusion of having an over-sized noggin.

Her head looks ginormous cuz her hair is supposed to look like a spider abdomen.

Looks right to me. I even took a picture of myself turning my head that way just to make sure it was right and it is.

Really like your mech, super well done. I personally prefer more realistic mech design (Chrome hounds was great, armored core is about as far into the realm of fantasy as I usually go), but that looks really good.
