@VirtualVampire, good base colors, but the girls are a bit stiff. Diggin' it!
@Clareain_Cristopher well the middle one does look kinda... Dorky, in comparison to the others. But I really like the first one and the third one. Especially the first one. =]
Yah this was a quick sketch I did at school, Im not very good at drawing poses either, I need some IRL figure drawing practice.
Whoops, it's been a while since I've posted. I have a tendency to just not draw at all for a few months and then follow up with a major bout of activity. Here's a WIP doodle:
A friend wanted me to draw my interpretation of Ramsay from the A Song of Ice and Fire series. I've since learned that I'm terrible at both shading and drawin' dudes~.

I love your line work what program do you use
@tea You have a very strong sense of colours <3 <3 <3 <3 I dig that =D
Though I think the shading is a bit flat. Go wilder! Also I really like the lineart, and those eyes are quite cool and unique =D

hey, thanks y'all
@VirtualVampire
I'm mainly using Paint Tool Sai at the moment, & I'm really digging it. It's really simple to use, but fairly versatile.
@JosephSeraph
You're definitely right about the shading, it's something I need to work on a lot in general. I've been using the same flat, cartoony style as a crutch for a long time w/o ever trying to really change it up. Now that I'm attempting to break out of it to try and improve I've discovered how meek I am when it comes to pushing the shading or doing stuff with no hard lines

Well, as a good excercise then I recommend shading with black & white only, ignoring skin texture & properties, just focusing with playing with contrast, lightsources and stuff. =DDDD
Try... Making a face with a metallic texture every once in a while, perhaps! Mess around! Go wild and constrasty with B&W, you'll improve lightning-fast <3

Is the third one playing volleyball?
well she has attachments, but my sai paint program expired:
Same complaints as before, it would be nice if it weren't so still. You must use a lot of Shift+click and that's the problem, though it's really hard to draw with a mouse... You should try to buy a second-hand tablet, assuming you don't have one ;~;

What about the color scheme?
I am really liking it, as it's kind of a more realistic approach, it's very nice. <3
I don't see anything wrong with it, at all.

You'd be better off buying a second hand tablet and using a freeware program for now.

Hm, then I see, you're using it the wrong way. D=
