And your brother decides to just walk out on you and join them, even though he got a cig dotted on his head by your mum, and abused? And then tries to get you to get involved with your mum again? I need to know badly... Because my half sister wants to meet me but I can't make up my mind... She isn't the one who caused grief so I'm in a HUGE dilemma...

even though she's your half-sister's mum, that doesn't mean you should ever have to speak to her again if you don't want to. no-one has the right to judge you on that or make you renew a relationship with her.
maybe you should straighten that out with your half-sister first if you still want to see her?
