LITTLE HELP PLEASE

Posts

Pages: 1
Oddly enough this is my first post, but i figured i'd try not to. Had no other choice, as I'm trying to finish up something tonight. Okay so i'm making a Bleach RPG with RPGMaker2k3...And well...

Where the arrows are are my problems. If someone could please help me out with this, so i can sleep tonight...that'd be awesome. Thanks :D.
It is possible that the fonts aren't installed. With most installations there will be font files. Copy them to the Windows\Fonts folder. Sometimes you have to reboot for it to take effect with Rm2k/3.

EDIT:

Here are the fonts, if you don't have them
You know, i'll give that a go...I'll edit momentarily
i don't think missing fonts would cause that, it looks like the strings are still in japanese. go to the strings tab in the database and check!
Same issue ken. New font though so +1 to that :D

EDIT: Strings tab? I don't believe i have that. And i can provide pictures
Did you install the japanese version?

EDIT:
There is a tab in the database for Strings or Terms (or something along those lines). It's next to the System tab.
it might be called something else, i haven't opened an rpg maker in ages. it's where you set up the terminology, shop / inn dialogue, menu strings etc.
I installed the japanese version yes but, here, i'll show you what i got. However, i did set up terminology, and nowhere in there did it have any japanese, or anything to that extent.

Sorry about the size..lol
EDITED: Figured it out, i have to redo my project.

Any suggestions on importing your database? I really dont' feel like retyping that out :(
You can right-click on the first item in a list and Copy Multiple. You can then open the new project and paste. You have to do this list by list though.

I assume you found the non-japanese install?
oh yeah! those are the locked headings that you can't conventionally edit iirc. that's why they're still in japanese
No, i found out that i in fact, have to redo my project by copy-pasting. I switched out fonts..and walah! perfection!
