Closeive downloaded sevral games from this site mostly rpg maker 2003 games and some others anyway i play games purely for the story and i want to know if i can somehow cheat like invinciblity of max hp or max lvl or somthing like that sorry if that offends you
open up the game in the RM2k3 editor and increase all the hero stats to insane levels (and hope you don't mess something up).

ok i surmised i need to open them in rm2k3 but how do you do that i tried dragging game in question on the rm file but that didnt do it

Get RM2K3.
Open RM2K3.
Hit the 'Open existing project' button. (Project/open project)
Go to where you saved the game folder.
Choose 'x' game.
Open.

1. Learn how to use a computer.
2. Learn how to interact with the Windows GUI.
3. Learn how to use English.
the way explained by others in this thread is the only way. if you can't figure it out, not sure what to say to you my friend.
Also when your thread is locked and thrown in the trash you probably shouldn't make an identical thread asking the exact same question two minutes later. Just saying.

2. Put it in the folder of the game you want to cheat in
3. Run it
4. Download RPG_RT.exe and put it back in the folder. Hey you are following these in order right?

system32 is known to cause errors in RM2k3 so yeah just deleting that should make the games available to you, if that fails or for some reason your system32 contains files you don't want to delete take these steps (i've had this problem and nobody helped me out so I know what it's like)
re-download game
open folder, delete the rpg_rt.exe (this is the executable but don't worry the program will just generate a new one they are all the same)
then delete the rpg_rt.ldb, this is the "anti-cheat" file as it were, it blocks other users from editing it without a password (but if you delete it the program makes a new one that has no password-enterbrain is stupid lol)
next open rm2k3 and create a new project (if you have downloaded more than one game you want to cheat, you need a new project for each game file you want to access)
now open that new project and then cut and paste each folder from the game you are trying to hack *for instance, find the folder for tiamat and then cut and paste the folder marked "music" into the new project folder marked "music", do this for each folder until they are all replaced
now open Rm2k3 again (you have to close it before copy and pasting otherwise it doesn't work) and run the game but DON'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES hit the "test play" or else Rm2k3 will crash or worse the folder will be deleted
Now go back into the game folder and delete the rpg_rt.ldb and voila you can now edit the game to your heart's content. What I suggest doing to cheat is to make all the chars level 99, but be careful sometimes for story reasons you have to lose so make sure to save a lot
