That is purposely what I tried to make it seem like... because it's incorrect! Though yes he has killed that poor man.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Yeah, there is totally a tomato in the center of that crown, haha. I was going to point the tomato out to be snarky/witty, but catmitts beat me to it. Regardless, Mr. Spiky Black Hair there has either axed that man to death or is being framed for it, and now cannot stop thinking about positions of royalty and/or tomato crowns.
Also, I think in Deckiller's image, those are not rubies, they are 20-sided dice.
And now, in an effort to expend as little effort as possible, I will post a scene from a comic I made about my game. (Yes, I once made a stick figure comic about my RPG Maker game. It doesn't get any more ghetto than that, folks.)

The crown was the first thing I drew, and it was only after I realized it looked like a terrible mountain range with circles on it that I decided to add colour. Coincidentally, this is why the man's hair is black; it's actually blond but I didn't want to go back and colour over it.

anyway here's my take on yours LockeZ
ACT I
scene i: Lone youth with ridiculous hair does hard time. Ponders his life.
scene ii: A friendly-looking man with blue hair is escorted by his Toasterknight to the boy's cell. Boy is hopeful.
scene iii: Betrayal! The Toasterknight has gone haywire and runs his sword through the blue-haired man's skull. The Toasterknight's heating elements are on the fritz as well; he ejects from his head a piece of untoasted white bread. Boy feels utterly defeated.
Obvously the blue-haired guy is trying to rescue the blond (Cloud?) and gets caught by the knight. Pic upcoming_ I hope you won;t mind that it's likely to be from a prospective game rather than a current one..
I think I get lockez's some cloud dude is trapped behind bars, some blue dude he hates visited him to mock him and cloud dude threw a...toast to the knight, if that even belonged to him that caused the knight to kill the blue dude

clearly it is a... bread because of the lighter colouration
was actually thinking of its color and its shape, isn't that how they usually draw bread toasts in cartoons :V

Hahahaha oh my gosh, these are hideous. Tempted not to in the end because they don't advertise things well, but yeah, that's hardly in the spirit of things!
As there's not really much to say about this one and it includes the main character (as does the next), I'll give one from a different game as the bonus one...
From an additional character's POV. I apologise profusely for using the right-hand face. My games are ACTION-PACKED.
edit: whoa, this one actually kind of has the feel of authentic really bad concept art to it! If it wasn't for the emoticon face, anyway. Should've saved this for an April Fools...

Tyger, the only thing that comes to mind is Faris (FFV) beating up Vaarsuvius (Order of the Stick) while Wakka and Axel's love child tries in vain to remain nonchalant about it.
Eike... uhh.. Fred Jones getting very upset at a drunk Gandalf... aaaand... Light Yagami getting annoyed that that chick isn't helping with the worldwide shrunken head pandemic. =P

I'd be damned if I was going to redraw that body in the right size! And yeah, the grey-haired one does look kind of like a wizard, just realised. Haha.
Yours would be... either a woman smacked some homeboys down, or she's walking through the aftermath of a battle. In the snow and/or ash. I'd wager it's from an introduction sequence?
Tyger, the best I can do is... Faris wants to save the world, so the, er... gentleman of stunted growth electrocutes her. Then tries to magic her back alive with the power of love. And it doesn't work, so they run away. On the upside, I am more likely to play the game to find out what the heck is going on!
Eike's a tad closer... but only a bit. It may be awhile before i actually mange to make that particular game.. But i might do a slight edit to make things clearer e ot make that particular game- in the meanwhile i might redo that pic to make it a little clearer. Let's just say the one on the left is not Faris, and he has no good things planned.

It kind of terrifies me that you were able to accurately deduce which RTP charset (and by extension which RPG maker) my character was using at a glance from these horrible stick figures.
Actually the blue-haired guy is the rescuer, trying to break spiky-hair out of jail, and the knight is a guard. The knight is a boss in the game but in my fabulous artistic depiction I decided to go with the worst-case game over scenario.
The toast is mostly just because I drew his helmet and then decided it looked like a toaster.
